At our gatherings, we create short term, intentional spaces where you can get your creative jam on with other folks. We have several different types of gatherings with different goals, but all include some (or even all!) of these elements:
Building and diversifying your creative community
Opening up your creativity through playful activities
Getting your own work done
Collaborative work with other creative folks
Most importantly, having a damn good time!

THE TREEHOUSE

Treehouse gatherings are typically two and a half hours long. During this time, you will have the opportunity to:
Meet your fellow Treehouse companions
Participate in a multi-disciplinary creative prompt or activity (that we provide, of course!)
Work on individual projects that you bring with you (or, if you want, just keep working on the provided activity)
Share the results of your work with the rest of the group (but only if you want to)

In the Woodshop, we get messy!
The Grove Woodshop is all about digging into a creative project with our hands, hearts, and heads—and with a community of other creative folks.
Woodshop gatherings are highly variable as the projects we work on will be different from gathering to gathering. But here are some things you’ll always find in the woodshop:
A hands-on creative project with guidance from a Woodshop leader

Discussions around thematic questions geared toward human connection and creative enhancement
